Ibrahim presented the credentials to President Mohamud at Villa Somalia in Mogadishu.
The development was disclosed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement shared on its official handle on Wednesday.
The ministry said Ibrahim is Nigeria’s High Commissioner to Kenya, with concurrent accreditation to Somalia.
“The High Commissioner-Designate of Nigeria to Kenya, with concurrent accreditation to Somalia, Ambassador Danlami Ibrahim, has presented his Letters of Credence to the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, at the Villa Somalia in Mogadishu,” the statement read.
