Fire Guts SPAR Shopping Outlet in Calabar
A fire outbreak is currently raging at SPAR, a popular shopping outlet in Calabar, Cross River State.
The fire reportedly started inside the shopping outlet on Saturday morning, with thick smoke billowing across the city.
Fierce flames could also be seen from Barracks Road, about 100 yards from the scene.
Firefighters have reportedly arrived at the location and are making efforts to contain the blaze.
The cause of the fire remains unknown as of the time of filing this report.
