Golden Eaglets Open Camp Ahead of WAFU B U-17 Championship
Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets have opened camp in preparation for the 2026 WAFU B U-17 Boys Championship, which serves as the qualifying tournament for the 2027 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations.
The team is currently training at the Gold Project Pitch in Abuja under the supervision of head coach Eboboritse Uwejamomere.
Uwejamomere is expected to select the squad that will represent Nigeria at the regional tournament, with the goal of securing qualification for the 2027 U-17 AFCON after the country missed the last two editions.
The coaching crew also includes Olumide Ajibolade, Mohammed Kachala and Abdullahi Isa.
