Goals from Danny Welbeck, Jack Hinshelwood and Ferdi Kadioglu secured a comfortable win for the hosts, piling further pressure on the Blues.

The defeat means Chelsea have now lost five consecutive Premier League matches without scoring for the first time since November 1912.

The result leaves Chelsea seventh on the league table, behind Brighton, Liverpool, Aston Villa, Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal.

They will next face Leeds United in an FA Cup semi-final clash on Sunday, while their hopes of securing a UEFA Champions League spot hinge on winning their remaining league fixtures.
