Fubara, Deputy Attend Ibiyomie’s Glory Reign 2026 in Port Harcourt

Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, on Tuesday joined other dignitaries at the Glory Reign 2026 programme hosted by the Senior Pastor of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyomie, in Port Harcourt.

The annual programme, held at the church’s headquarters, attracted worshippers and prominent personalities from within and outside the state.

Governor Fubara was accompanied by a former member of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon. Tamunosisi Gogo-Jaja, and Chief Theodore Georgewill.

Also in attendance was the Deputy Governor of Rivers State, Prof. Ngozi Nma Odu, alongside other political leaders, clergy and guests.

Delivering a sermon titled “Securing God’s Help Through Your Mind,” Pastor Ibiyomie urged participants to consciously renew their minds, describing the mind as the control centre of human actions and decisions.

According to him, “The battle of life is in the mind, and it must be adequately guarded.”

The cleric identified several principles for positioning the mind to attract divine help, including the acquisition of knowledge, meditation, disciplined thinking, creativity, studying, positive reasoning and speaking positively over one’s mind.

The Glory Reign programme is an annual spiritual gathering known for prayer sessions, teachings and moments of spiritual renewal, drawing thousands of worshippers each year.
