The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has unveiled his much-anticipated prophecies for 2026, predicting economic recovery, a reduction in hunger, and the return of Nigerians from the diaspora.

Speaking at the Church’s annual crossover service on Thursday along the Ibadan Expressway, Pastor Adeboye expressed optimism for the year, describing it as “more remarkable” than 2025. In a statement released by the RCCG media unit, he highlighted that 2026 will bring greater opportunities, breakthroughs, successes, and testimonies that will begin with, “God remembered me at last.”

Addressing developments within Nigeria, Pastor Adeboye noted that hunger will decline this year, while small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are expected to flourish. He also predicted a phenomenon he described as “Reversed JAPA,” where many Nigerians who had left the country would return home to explore new opportunities.

On international matters, the cleric observed that the likelihood of major conflicts will reduce compared to the previous year. While global weather patterns are expected to mirror those of 2025, he cautioned that there remains a possibility of a few major hurricanes.

The cleric promised to reveal the second part of his prophecies on Friday, January 2, 2026, God willing.
