Northern Governors Laud Oluremi Tinubu on 65th Birthday

Chairman of the Northern States Governors’ Forum and Governor of Gombe State, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has felicitated with Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, on her 65th birthday.

In a goodwill message on behalf of his northern colleagues, Governor Yahaya described Mrs. Tinubu as a symbol of dignity and a national matriarch whose quiet strength and compassion continue to inspire citizens across the country.

He highlighted her distinguished public service career, first as a senator and now as First Lady, noting her commitment to uplifting the vulnerable and promoting unity through her humanitarian efforts under the “Renewed Hope Initiative,” which has supported thousands of women, children, and families in need.

Governor Yahaya also commended her unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, emphasizing her role as a steady and wise counsel in the presidency. He reaffirmed the Northern Governors’ Forum’s commitment to collaborating with the Office of the First Lady on programmes that advance social welfare and national cohesion.

Praying for her continued well-being, Governor Yahaya said: “As you celebrate your 65th year, may the Almighty bless you with good health, renewed strength, and many more years of purposeful service to our nation.”
