Adeleke Secures Grassroots Boost as Asejere Donates Campaign Vehicles for Second Term Agenda
Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke on Friday secured a major boost to his re-election drive as the Honourable Commissioner for Rural Development and Community Affairs, Aare Ganiyu Ayobami Olaoluwa Asejere, donated two campaign vehicles to strengthen the “Imole till 2030” agenda.
The donation a 2010 Hummer Bus and a 2006 Toyota Sienna was presented at the Government House, Osogbo, before top government functionaries and party loyalists.
Blessing the vehicles, Adeleke described the gesture as “a symbol of loyalty, appreciation, and determination to sustain the light of good governance in Osun State.” He hailed Asejere as “a grassroots mobilizer and dependable partner in progress,” while praying for the fulfilment of his political aspirations.
Asejere, who is also eyeing the Osun Central senatorial seat, said his contribution was driven by the Governor’s performance across infrastructure, education, healthcare, welfare, and community development.
“This is my modest way of appreciating a people’s Governor. I hereby reaffirm my full, unalloyed support for Governor Adeleke’s re-election and continuity till 2030 and beyond,” he declared.
The event was witnessed by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye, Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Barr. Kolapo Alimi, and the Governor’s spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, among other stakeholders.
