United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has expressed solidarity with Venezuela following the twin earthquakes that struck the country, killing at least 164 people and injuring 971 others.   UN spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric disclosed this on Thursday at the organisation’s headquarters
