The Federal Government is reviewing its foreign scholarship and Bilateral Education Agreement arrangements as part of efforts to reduce unnecessary expenditure and redirect public resources towards strengthening tertiary institutions in Nigeria.   The Minister of Education, Dr Tunji Alausa, said
