Iranian Attack Triggers Fires in Kuwait, Injures Firefighters

Iranian attacks on Saturday sparked fires at two locations in Kuwait, leaving several firefighters and a worker injured, the country’s fire service has confirmed.

In a statement posted on X, the Kuwait Fire Force said emergency teams were responding to two separate fires that broke out following the latest Iranian attacks.

The agency said the incidents resulted in injuries to firefighters and a worker, who were taken to hospital for treatment.

The latest development comes after reports that an attack targeted a power and water plant in Kuwait, further escalating tensions in the region amid the ongoing conflict involving Iran and the United States.

Authorities have yet to provide further details on the extent of the damage or the circumstances surrounding the attacks.
