In a video shared on Instagram on Sunday, the Guinness World Records official account commented: “Well, we do have a record for the largest cake dress … hmmm.”
Responding to the comment, Queen wrote: “Hello @guinnessworldrecords, I see you in the comment section.”
The interaction has intensified online conversations surrounding her unconventional appearance at the AMVCA, which has continued to trend across social media and fashion platforms.
According to Guinness World Records, the current record for the world’s largest wearable cake dress weighs 131.15kg and was achieved by Natasha Coline Kim Fah Lee Fokas of SweetyCakes GmbH in Switzerland on January 15, 2023.
Queen’s outfit, designed to resemble stacked loaves of bread and paired with matching accessories, drew widespread reactions after she appeared on the AMVCA red carpet.
Explaining the concept behind the costume, the reality star said it represented her entrepreneurial journey in the bakery business.
“AMVCA 2026 ready. I come as an entrepreneur who runs a bread EMPIRE,” she wrote.
The former BBNaija star also used the moment to advocate greater visibility for entrepreneurs within entertainment events.
In an open letter to MultiChoice Group and Africa Magic, she proposed the introduction of an entrepreneurs-focused event as part of the AMVCA activities.
“Imagine AMVCA Nigerian Entrepreneurs Night. Massive, classy, and inspiring,” she wrote.
The outfit has since attracted international attention, with several foreign fashion influencers and media platforms discussing the concept online.
While some critics described the outfit as excessive, others viewed it as a successful branding strategy that generated widespread publicity for her business and personal brand.
