Former Secretary to the Rivers State Government, Alabo Tammy Wenike Danagogo, has assured Governor Siminalayi Fubara of unwavering support from political stakeholders in the state.
Danagogo made the declaration on Thursday during the 2026 New Year banquet held at the Government House, Port Harcourt, while commending the governor for his defection to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
He said the move to align with the Federal Government would facilitate development and strengthen synergy between Rivers State and the centre.
“Though we may not always express it individually, we are all behind you,” Danagogo stated. “Your efforts to align with the centre and foster cooperation with the ruling party will bring progress to Rivers State and Nigeria at large. You are a peacemaker and a unifier. Remember, no matter the power you wield, God remains on the throne and in control.”
Danagogo urged Governor Fubara to continue his mission of unity and peace, emphasizing the importance of collaboration with federal authorities for state development.
