Oke Felicitates Ooni of Ife on 10 Years of Reign
Hon. Oluwole Oke, Chairman of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and Representative of Obokun/Oriade Federal Constituency, has congratulated His Royal Majesty, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, the Ooni of Ife, on the occasion of his 10th coronation anniversary.
In a statement on Sunday, Oke praised the monarch for his dedication to promoting Yoruba culture, peace, and socio-economic development in Ile-Ife and beyond. He described the Ooni’s decade-long reign as “a remarkable journey of leadership, vision, and commitment to the welfare of his subjects and the Nigerian nation at large.”
The lawmaker further acknowledged the Ooni’s efforts in fostering unity, youth empowerment, and cultural diplomacy, noting that his leadership has strengthened traditional institutions while enhancing Nigeria’s image globally.
Oke concluded by praying for continued good health, wisdom, and divine guidance for the Ooni as he embarks on another decade of service and exemplary leadership.
