Prophet Warns of Imminent Coup: Removal of Service Chiefs Won’t Stop Plotters

Prophetic Warning Comes Amid Military Shake-up

An Imo-based cleric, Prophet Ekene Bob EkeChukwu, has warned Nigerians that the recent removal of the Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Christopher Musa (rtd), and other service chiefs would not halt those allegedly plotting to remove President Bola Tinubu by force.

In a Facebook post on Friday, Prophet EkeChukwu recalled that on September 7, 2025, about 38 days ago, he had given a prophecy regarding the removal of Gen. Musa. “The news now confirms my earlier prediction. You may doubt or downplay prophecies at your own peril,” he said.

Coup Plotters Desperate, Prophet Says

“I was shown in the spirit realm that the coup plotters have plan A, B, C, and even D,” the cleric wrote. “However, they have now become desperate and intend to strike again in no distant time. Their next move will be suicidal and they will succeed if good care is not taken.”

While the cleric did not provide verifiable evidence for his claims, his post reflects growing anxiety among Nigerians following the sudden changes in the country’s military leadership.

Call for Vigilance

Prophet EkeChukwu urged citizens to stay alert and cautious, emphasizing the importance of unity and collective responsibility in safeguarding the nation’s peace.
