A statement by INEC’s Deputy Director of Publicity, Wilfred Ifogah, revealed that Prof. Amupitan will convene his inaugural meeting with the Commission’s Directors immediately after his swearing-in. The meeting is scheduled to hold at 1:30 pm in the Conference Hall of INEC Headquarters, Abuja.

According to the statement, this engagement will mark Prof. Amupitan’s first official interaction with the commission’s top bureaucrats and is expected to set the tone for his leadership direction.
