Kano State Commissioner of Police, CP Ibrahim Adamu Bakori, has pledged to uphold excellence in service delivery, reiterating the Command’s commitment to professional, citizen-focused policing. The assurance was made as part of activities marking the 2025 Customer Service Week.
In a statement on Wednesday, signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, CP Bakori commended the people of Kano for their continued support and cooperation, describing them as key partners in sustaining peace and security across the state.
He emphasized the importance of public feedback in enhancing police operations, saying, “The feedback we receive from members of the public plays a crucial role in improving our service delivery. We are determined to continue building trust and partnership between the police and the people we serve.”
CP Bakori revealed that police officers would engage directly with residents throughout the week to listen to their concerns and provide necessary assistance. He described the initiative as a means to strengthen the bond between law enforcement and local communities.
The Police Commissioner called on both officers and citizens to collaborate in maintaining peace and order in the state.
