Amupitan Assumes Office as INEC Chairman, Holds First Meeting at Headquarters

Prof. Amupitan, who was earlier sworn in by President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, touched down at the INEC Secretariat at 2:30 pm. He is scheduled to hold his first meeting with the commission’s directors to outline his agenda and priorities.
