UCL final: Arsenal suffer Ben White injury blow ahead of PSG clash

Arsenal have been dealt a major injury setback ahead of the UEFA Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain, with defender Ben White ruled out for the remainder of the season.

According to The Athletic, White is suspected to have suffered a medial cruciate ligament injury.

The England international was forced off during Arsenal’s 1-0 Premier League victory over West Ham on Sunday after appearing to pick up the injury during the match.

The development means White is expected to miss Arsenal’s remaining league fixtures against Burnley and Crystal Palace.

He is also not expected to recover in time for the Champions League final against PSG scheduled for May 30.

The injury has further raised concerns over the defender’s availability for the 2026 FIFA World Cup with England.
