Speaking on behalf of the honourees, Ambassador Suleiman Mohammed Ousman expressed gratitude to the Ministry and the Federal Government, pledging continued service with integrity and commitment to national interests.

Permanent Secretary Ambassador Dunoma Umar Ahmed, PhD, congratulated the officers and urged them to maintain the highest standards of diplomacy, noting that their elevation comes at a critical time for Nigeria’s engagement with the global community.
