Eid-el-Fitr prayers were observed peacefully across Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, despite concerns over recent bomb explosions and attacks in the state.   Vice President Kashim Shettima joined Muslim faithful at Ramat Square Eid Ground, where the two Rakaat prayers
