The examination body disclosed this in a statement posted on its official X account on Monday, saying the exercise would run from 9am to 2pm on October 21, 2026.
According to JAMB, the initiative will provide candidates with an opportunity to make enquiries, seek guidance and raise concerns about its services.
The board said, “On Wednesday, 21 October, we’re making more room for conversation.
“As part of JAMB’s Customer Service Week celebration, staff will be available at all JAMB offices and selected outstations to attend to walk-in candidates.
“Whether you have a question, need guidance or wish to raise a concern about JAMB services, this is an opportunity to engage with our team directly.”
JAMB advised candidates to be prepared to explain their enquiries or concerns to enable its staff to understand and address their needs.
Reaffirming its commitment to improving service delivery, the board said the exercise was part of efforts to listen to candidates, respond to their concerns and enhance their overall experience.
“As we mark Customer Service Week, we’re reaffirming a simple commitment: to listen, respond and keep working towards a better service experience for the people we serve.
“We look forward to engaging with you,” the statement added.
