According to a statement shared by presidential spokesperson Bayo Onanuga, the presentation will take place at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja following the nationwide collation of results from the party’s primary election.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will on Sunday receive the certificate and flag of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as its presidential candidate for the 2027 elections,” Onanuga stated.
The statement, shared on X on Saturday, said APC governors, members of the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC), National Working Committee (NWC), lawmakers from the National Assembly, and other party stakeholders are expected to attend the event.
