PSG target Arsenal winger Gabriel Martinelli

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly added Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli to their summer transfer shortlist as they look to strengthen their attack ahead of next season.

French outlet L’Equipe reports that PSG’s football advisor, Luis Campos, has already held discussions with the Brazilian’s representatives over a potential move to the French capital.

The report adds that the Ligue 1 champions are also monitoring RB Leipzig teenager Yan Diomande, who has attracted interest from Manchester United and Liverpool.

Martinelli, who joined Arsenal from Ituano in 2019 for £6 million, is now in his seventh season at the Emirates Stadium.

The 24-year-old has made more than 270 appearances for the Gunners, scoring 62 goals across all competitions.

Earlier reports suggest Arsenal could be open to offers for the forward this summer, alongside other squad players as the club considers adjustments to its attacking options.
