Bauchi Governor Reshuffles Cabinet, Removes Internal Security Commissioner

 

Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed, has relieved Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Galadima of his duties as Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, with immediate effect.

The announcement was made on Monday in a statement issued by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado.

The statement noted that the decision is part of the administration’s policy of periodically reshuffling the cabinet to inject fresh ideas, strengthen governance, and reposition the government for enhanced service delivery across the state.

Governor Mohammed expressed appreciation to Galadima for his contributions to the state and wished him success in his future endeavors.

He further reassured the people of Bauchi State of his administration’s unwavering commitment to peace, security, and good governance.

The statement added that a replacement for the sacked commissioner would be announced in due course.
