Osun ADC New Media Frontier Welcomes INEC Endorsement of Leaders

The Osun chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) New Media Frontier has commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for officially recognising the party’s leadership, including Senator David Mark and former Governor Rauf Aregbesola.

In a statement signed by Abimbola Akande, Publicity Secretary of the Osun ADC New Media Frontier, the group described INEC’s confirmation as a “major milestone” for the party, noting that it underscores ADC’s commitment to credible and inclusive politics.

According to the statement, the recognition strengthens the party’s resolve to pursue its political vision and deepen engagement with Nigerians in meaningful discourse. It also represents a historic achievement for the party, the group said, calling on members and supporters to celebrate the occasion with pride.

“The recognition by INEC affirms our dedication to building a platform for participatory democracy and supporting the growth of ADC across the country,” Akande said.

Observers say the official confirmation by INEC could inject fresh momentum into the party’s activities in Osun State, particularly as it seeks to broaden its appeal among voters ahead of future elections.
